Positive Talk Booklets
At Carewest, we aim to educate staff, volunteers, residents, clients and family members about the importance of positive communication while working through issues and questions raised daily in the care setting. We developed the Positive Talk series of booklets – aimed at helping everyone communicate more positively with each other and work together more effectively as part of the health care team. The booklets each tackle a theme, whether it be about health ethics or safety in the workplace, and use simple illustrations and language to aid in learning.
