Carewest Operational Stress Injury Clinic opened its doors to the Calgary community in 2006 and opened a satellite clinic in Red Deer in 2019. Funded by Veterans Affairs Canada, the clinic was set up to help veterans, current and former Canadian Forces members, and members of the RCMP suffering from an Operational Stress Injury who require specialized, intensive assessment and treatment.

The Carewest OSI Clinic offers psycho-therapy, medication treatment, skills training (for example, emotion regulation, pain and stress management skills), group therapy and family education sessions as well as consultation and professional education to the community.
