Orientation is a dedicated opportunity to welcome a new member to the team, communicate important workplace policy and introduce employees to basic organizational information. It is an integral part in the employee onboarding process and helps lay the foundation for their time at Carewest.
General orientation is mandatory for all new employees and is now conveniently available online. Clinical orientation is mandatory for all staff providing care to our clients and residents.
